The Peacock Room located in the historic and ultra chic Davenport hotel (Eastern Washington's only 5 star hotel) Yes, lunch is great and so is after work drinks. But the Peacock Room is my favorite place for a night cap. I adore live music and often there's jazz , blues or a acoustic singer/songwriter performing. It feels like an authentic rat pack hangout. For some reason the complimentry cashews they bring to the table are especially tasty. The late night menu is very good and the wine list is a good one. Try the cougar gold cheese and prawntini. Also on a side note, they make a mean bloody mary, that's nice and spicy.
