Riverfront Park

A river runs through it. Riverfront Park is truly the heart and soul of Spokane. This is where Spokanites gather for great city events such as Bloomsday, Hoopfest, Pig out in the Park and to watch fireworks on the 4th of July.

At this wide open city park you can a whirl on historic carousel, run through the fountain, take in an IMAX movie or simply gaze from the footbridge at the spectacular Falls.
In the summer there's carnival rides which includes a fantastic a gondola ride over the falls and in the winter there's an outdoor ice skating arena complete with hot coco.

The city was built on the Falls and kudos for the city planning committee of old for this beau-T-ful park for residents and visitors to enjoy.
